Order Changes and Cancellations

When you place an order on our website, www.fazter.com, make sure your order is ready to be shipped and provide accurate information. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed on our website. Order is sent straight to the warehouse for shipment. If the order needs to be recalled, there is a $20 Intercept Request fee, return shipping charges, and a possible restocking fee charged.

Financial Loss

We will try our best to keep our customers satisfied. Still, sometimes because of some unavoidable circumstances, there is a minor chance to bear some loss because of some factors like - Incorrect Information provided, Late shipments due to some technical issues, etc. Note - If any package is refused or undelivered because of an Incorrect address and marked return to sender, then there will be a shipping fee applicable to the user to pay in this case.
